Can I import my existing Excel files? +
Yes. LimnoLog imports XLSX, ODS, older XLS and CSV in long, wide and very-wide layouts, so you can bring years of past measurements in rather than starting from scratch.
Will I lose my formulas? +
You import saved cell results. Excel formulas do not transfer automatically. Define your calculated indicators in LimnoLog; they then compute consistently across the project, including offline.
Can I still export to Excel? +
Always. Export whole projects to Excel, or to CSV for STATISTICA and R, at any time. LimnoLog complements your analysis tools rather than replacing them.
Is there help migrating my data? +
Yes. The importer handles the common spreadsheet layouts directly, and for institutional datasets we offer a paid data-migration service - send us your sheet and we'll quote it.
